These are estimates, not a promise. The CPM above comes from what others in this category report, because we have no advertisers yet — until we do, our own auction clears at the reserve, and the honest floor is the number you get by dragging that slider all the way down. Treat everything above it as what the market pays today, not what we can pay you today.

How the number is built

Every impression pays CPM ÷ 1000 × 60%. At the $0.50 reserve that is $0.0003 per impression, so volume is the only lever, and volume is bounded by how often your status line refreshes.

The calculator starts at that reserve on purpose. It is the one number we can promise, because it is enforced in code — everything above it depends on advertisers bidding against each other, and we are too new to have that yet. A campaign targeting a specific AI product pays a surcharge and so floors higher, at $2.50. Treat anything above the reserve as upside you should see happen before you count on it.

Refreshes are event-driven, not on a timer. The status line re-runs when a new assistant message arrives, not every few seconds — so an idle session earns nothing. That is deliberate: billing an advertiser for an ad shown to an empty chair is the fraud this platform is built to avoid.

Clicks are worth 50 impressions and are included above, folded into the hourly rate so the caps apply to the total the way the ledger actually works. At a realistic 0.1–0.3% click-through they add a few percent, not a multiple.
