Ours will be lower until advertisers are actually bidding: with an empty auction the slot clears at our reserve. We would rather show you both numbers than quote the flattering one.

No. The browser extension looks for one thing — whether the site is showing its stop button, which is how it knows a model is generating. It never touches message text. The terminal client reads a single field, your session id, out of the data Claude Code gives it and sends nothing else.

No prompt, response, file content, repository name or page content is ever collected, at any sharing tier.

Chrome permits ads on third-party pages when they are disclosed, attributed wherever they appear, non-interfering, and not disguised as the site’s own content. Ours meets all four: labelled Sponsored, drawn in an isolated container, and nothing on the page is moved, hidden, restyled or read.

The extension never contacts the chat provider’s servers and never reads your conversation — it watches for their stop button to know a model is generating, and nothing else.

If you would rather nothing touched the page at all, the side panel renders beside it and needs no site access. It earns a little less, because a slot beside the page gets less attention than one over it — that is the real trade.

An ad has to be visible for 5 continuous seconds. Time stops accruing when the tab is hidden, the window is unfocused, or something covers the slot — an ad blocker included. Short answers often finish before the threshold.

Two sessions open at once count as one, because one person can only read one screen. Your dashboard lists every rejection with its reason.

Earnings are capped at $4.00 an hour and $20.00 a day. The caps are what make farming pointless, so they apply to everyone rather than only to people we suspect.

Whenever your balance reaches $10.00. Payouts go through Stripe Connect; Stripe collects your bank details and tax forms directly, and we never see them. Below that minimum the transfer fee would eat a real share of the payment.

Yes — a click is worth 50 impressions, on top of the impression itself. It only pays if the impression underneath it already qualified, which is what stops clicks being the easy thing to fake.

That is between you and your employer, and we would check before installing it. Some companies have policies about extensions, about earning money on company equipment, or both — and the earnings are small enough that it is not worth an awkward conversation.

If you are not sure, the terminal client on a personal machine is the uncomplicated option.

Terminal: node openspinner.mjs uninstall, which restores your previous status line exactly and deletes everything it stored. Browser: remove the extension, or switch off individual sites. VS Code: run OpenSpinner: Disconnect or uninstall it.

Because none of the clients are published to the Chrome Web Store, the VS Code Marketplace or npm yet. A direct download is the honest option until they are — which is also why the browser one needs Developer mode.

No. Clearing is second-price: you pay one increment above the runner-up, never your own bid. Bidding what an impression is genuinely worth to you is the sensible play, and there is nothing to gain by shading it down.

No. While a model generates, the slot rotates roughly every ten seconds, so a long answer shows several advertisers. Your delivery report breaks impressions down by their position in that rotation, so you can see whether you were first or fourth.

You are billed only on impressions that passed every check, and your report itemises the ones we threw away with the reason for each. The number you are invoiced for is always smaller than the number we served, and you can see both.

Country and AI product today. Self-declared stack, role and company size, and dependency-based targeting, are built but released on request — each narrows the pool and adds a surcharge, which the publisher shares in.

Pause and resume any time, and edit the wording or destination in place. Bid, blocks and targeting are fixed once a campaign is running, because those are what it was priced and charged on — changing them means a new campaign.
