Something looks wrong

This is the report we most want. The whole product rests on ads appearing only during a real wait, and a bug here means advertisers are billed for attention nobody gave — which we treat as a defect in the same class as a billing error, not a cosmetic issue.

Run OpenSpinner: Debug detection from the command palette and include what it prints. The last signal file line is usually the answer on its own.

Your dashboard breaks every impression down, including the ones that were filtered and why. An impression that was served but never confirmed usually means the wait ended before the minimum on-screen time, which is working as intended even though it looks like a loss.

A support address and an issue tracker are not published yet — this service is pre-launch, and pointing you at a channel nobody is watching would be worse than saying so. Until they exist, the repository’s issue tracker is the route, and the FAQ covers the questions that come up most.
